Webinar on 3 December 2025: Transaction reporting: ESMA’s Call for Evidence – Facts & Perspectives

Our webinar on 3 December 2025 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. will analyse the development of transaction reporting in recent years and the options for action arising from ESMA’s call for evidence following the discontinuation of the MiFID/MiFIR review. We will take a detailed look at the current facts and the options described by ESMA and, thinking outside the box, consider the possibilities offered by a standardised data model, thereby broadening the scope for action. In response to the question of how the time until a decision by ESMA can be used, specific approaches to reporting regimes and typical reporting components will be outlined and compared in terms of their benefits. Despite the uncertainties that still exist, this webinar will highlight alternatives to waiting and may provide valuable information for assessing the situation and budgeting for the coming year.
